My name really is Sue Power.
Many think its a gimmick or I married my husband, Dean, for his name. Which of course I did  😍
​I have always loved baking. It was my job as a child to bake something every Saturday and most weeks my chocolate eclairs were always a firm favourite. 
I have never been to college, university or any other school for baking, for other things yes but not for that ☺️ I’ve been told I’m just ‘a natural’
However, it all started for me while living in Chelmsford where Dean and I were volunteering on construction.     I was invited, by a beautiful lady and proud owner of ‘Sweet Mems’ Gemma Purchase, to a cupcake decorating class. 
I had an absolutely brilliant time and for my first ever attempt I didn’t do half bad.

Dean now tells everyone that Gemma created ‘a monster‘ because since that day I have embraced the cake decorating world by storm and eat, breathe and dream everything in cake 🍰 and I love it!
It makes me very happy to see the faces of those I have baked for and to see the delight on their faces is second to none. Why not check out some of the reviews I have received so far?
